The Bike Tour was a great success!  Everyone had a wonderful time.

The day of the Bike Tour was warm and sunny...but there was a lovely breeze.

The trip to Elizabeth Gilbert's store "Two Buttons" was fun ..and we got to see her when we stopped next door at Lovin' Oven for a quick bite to eat.

Then we were off across the Frenchtown Bridge and up a ridiculously steep hill...but we made it.  Terree Yeagle remarked of the hill...."It is a notch in my belt"....

The good news was the three mile glide down the other side through some gorgeous countryside.  Country lanes and bike paths took us to Sand Castle winery.  We enjoyed a lovely lunch on a breezy patio overlooking the vinyards and the Delaware river while being served a fun and educational wine tasting.  Good thing we had a truck with us because we wound up buying two cases of wine between us!

The we made our last stop at the polo match and had a blast watching the horses run and the mallets fly.

Exhausted but invigorated...
